DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/p><p>1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:<\/p><p>1.1.1. &#8220;Administration of the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ (hereinafter &#8211; Site Administration) &#8221; &#8211; authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the hotel complex &#8220;VENICE&#8221;, which organizes and carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.<\/p><p>1.1.2 &#8220;Personal Data&#8221; means any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).<\/p><p>1.1.3 &#8220;Processing of Personal Data&#8221; &#8211; any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.<\/p><p>1.1.4. &#8220;Confidentiality of personal data&#8221; &#8211; a requirement mandatory for the Administrator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.<\/p><p>1.1.5. &#8220;Website User https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/&#8221; &#8211; a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.<\/p><p>1.1.6. &#8220;Cookies&#8221; &#8211; a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user&#8217;s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the respective website.<\/p><p>1.1.7. &#8220;IP address&#8221; &#8211; a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.<\/p><p>GENERAL PROVISIONS<br \/>2.1 The User&#8217;s use of the website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User&#8217;s personal data.<\/p><p>2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/. Hotel complex &#8220;VENICE&#8221; does not control and is not responsible for third party sites, to which the User can go through the links available on the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>2.4 Administration of the site does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY<br \/>3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the site of the online store on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the site or when placing an order.<\/p><p>3.2. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.<\/p><p>3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except as provided in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Agreement. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER<br \/>4.1 The Administration of the website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ may use the User&#8217;s personal data for the following purposes:<\/p><p>4.1 The Administration of the website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ may use the User&#8217;s personal data for the purposes of:<\/p><p>4.1.1. Identification of the User, registered on the site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/, to place an order remotely with the hotel complex &#8220;VENICE&#8221;.<\/p><p>4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the Site https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/, provision of services, processing requests and applications from the User.<\/p><p>4.1.4. Determination of the User&#8217;s location to ensure security, fraud prevention.<\/p><p>4.1.5. Confirmation of authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the User.<\/p><p>4.1.6. Creation of an account for making purchases, if the User has consented to the creation of an account.<\/p><p>4.1.7. Notification of the User of the Website and the status of the Order.<\/p><p>4.1.8. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits by the User.<\/p><p>4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>4.1.10. Providing the User with his consent, special offers, information on prices, newsletters and other information on behalf of https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ or on behalf of partners https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the User&#8217;s consent.<\/p><p>4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the websites or services of https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ partners in order to receive products, updates and services.<\/p><p>METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING<br \/>5.1 Processing of the User&#8217;s personal data is carried out without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of means of automation.<\/p><p>5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfillment of the User&#8217;s order placed on the Site:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>5.3 Personal data of the User can be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p><p>5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data the Administration of the site informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.<\/p><p>5.5 Administration of the site takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User&#8217;s personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.<\/p><p>5.6 The site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User&#8217;s personal data.<\/p><p>OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<br \/>6.1 The User is obliged to:<\/p><p>6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for the use of the Website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/.<\/p><p>6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.<\/p><p>6.2 The site administration is obliged to:<\/p><p>6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User&#8217;s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.<\/p><p>6.2.4 Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his\/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.<\/p><p>LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES<br \/>7.1. The Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, except as provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:<\/p><p>7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.<\/p><p>7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.<\/p><p>7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User&#8217;s consent.<\/p><p>DISPUTE RESOLUTION<br \/>8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/ and the Administration of the site, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.<\/p><p>8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.<\/p><p>8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p><p>8.4 The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.<\/p><p>ADDITIONAL TERMS<br \/>9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User&#8217;s consent.<\/p><p>9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website https:\/\/venecia-hotel.com.ua\/, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>9.3 All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be reported to the &#8220;CONTACTS&#8221; section.<\/p><p>9.4.
